Cypress is a fast-growing Cy-Fair community on US-290; the northwest commute is real, so we often set Cypress clients up on Virtual IOP or an evening track.

Sober living works best when it's paired with clinical structure. Most Cypress residents in sober living also enroll in one of these levels at Altura:

• PHP — Partial Hospitalization (20–30 hours/week, five days)
• IOP — Intensive Outpatient (9–12 hours/week, three days)
• Structured Outpatient (SOP) for clients with transportation constraints
