Our sober living partners operate structured sober living across the Houston metro — Bellaire, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, Tomball, Cypress, League City, Spring, Friendswood, and surrounding neighborhoods. Houses are gender-separated. Most clients stay 90 days to 12 months.
For clients who need housing alongside clinical care, Altura Recovery coordinates with established sober living programs across the Houston metro. We don't operate housing ourselves — we maintain working relationships with separately operated houses so clients have a stable place to live while they attend PHP or IOP.

Sober living housing fees are typically self-pay and range $800 to $2,400 per month in the Houston market depending on house, neighborhood, and amenities. Insurance does not cover housing in Texas. It does cover the PHP, IOP, and supportive outpatient clinical care you receive alongside housing.
