Altura Recovery in Bellaire treats adults at every level of outpatient care, with structured housing through one of our sober living partners. Wherever you are in your journey, we meet you there.

1. Detox — if medical detox is needed, we coordinate placement with trusted Houston detox partners. Your insurance is verified once, your records follow you, and our team is in touch with the detox unit so the handoff to PHP is seamless.
2. Residential / Inpatient — if 24-hour residential care is appropriate, we coordinate with vetted partners and bring you back into our PHP the day you step down.
3. PHP (Partial Hospitalization) — 30 hours per week of clinical care, Monday through Friday, with structured sober housing available through a partner program.
4. IOP (Intensive Outpatient) — 9 hours per week, morning and evening tracks so you can work or be with family. Continue in sober living with a partner program if you need the structure.
5. Virtual IOP — IOP delivered securely by video for clinically appropriate adults anywhere in Texas.
6. Structured Outpatient (SOP) — one weekly group plus one weekly individual therapy session for step-down accountability.
7. Aftercare & alumni — weekly groups, sponsor introductions, relapse-prevention check-ins.

Many people coming out of detox or residential need a structured place to live while they finish treatment. That's where our work with sober living partners comes in: gender-specific sober homes across the Houston metro with house managers, curfews, random screens, and required attendance at Altura's clinical groups.
