Altura Recovery is a Joint Commission accredited outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center located in Bellaire, just 18 minutes from Spring Branch via I-10 West / Beltway 8. Most of our clients work full-time, raise families, and live within 30 minutes of our Bellaire location. We're in-network with the major Texas insurers (Ambetter, Spring Branch-area BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Curative members often have strong in-network benefits after deductible) and we accept most major EAPs.

Many Spring Branch-area clients arrange carpools with other clients in their group; ask our admissions team if that would help.

Altura Recovery is outpatient and does not provide on-site medical detox or residential treatment. If either is needed first, we help coordinate a referral and provide outpatient step-down afterward.
